Calculating a loan payment can be easily done as long as you have the following three key elements:

- Loan Amount
Term is the number of months that payments must be made. The term is calculated in months, a 30 year mortgage will be calculated over 360 months and a 15 year VA mortgage will be based upon 180 months, and
