Digicel maintains a fair deal policy on exchange rates and will ensure that the exchange rate offered is competitive to current bank exchange rates. The foreign exchange rates are subject to change without notice.

My Recharge Number (PIN) does not work?

The recharge PIN number is the 12 digit number printed on the Top Up voucher you have purchased from a retailer.

      number

    • The PIN will not work if an incomplete mobile number is entered.
