Transferring mobile phone credit with CreditMe2U®

You can transfer recharge credit between mobile services using CreditMe2U®.

Pre-Paid to Pre-Paid

Step 1

Type m.telstra.com in your browser. You can also access CreditMe2U® by pressing #100#, then Send/call on your mobile and follow the prompts.

Step 2

Enter the phone number of the mobile you'd like to transfer credit to.

Step 4

Enter the amount of credit you'd like to send (between $1 and $10 a day)

Step 5

Confirm your request. Make sure you check the mobile number and amount before sending because the transfer can't be reversed or cancelled once confirmed. We will notify you when the transfer is successful. There is a 25c charge for each successful credit transfer. Cap credit cannot be transferred via CreditMe2U®.

Post-Paid to Pre-Paid

With

Post-Paid CreditMe2U®, you can perform a one-off credit transfer or set up a regular scheduled transfer to a Telstra Pre-Paid account. Any amount credited will be charged to your Post-Paid mobile bill, in addition to the monthly access charge. There is a 25c charge for each successful credit transfer. Cap credit cannot be transferred via CreditMe2U®.

Click on the My tab

Click the CreditMe2U® option

Step 4

Choose the Mobile account (Credit Me2U®) option and follow the prompts. Recurring transfers need to be set up 24 hours in advance and require you to create a PIN.
