  • Our Assistant Management Training Program at Walmart and Manager in Training Program at Sam’s Club expose trainees to the various operations of our business and opportunities for rotational training.
  • The Walton Institute is an educational environment at the University of Arkansas for Walmart leaders from around the world. Participants in this program are immersed in cultural training that focuses on continuous improvement for our businesses across the globe.

Lifelong Learning Program

Through a partnership with American Public University, associates are eligible to receive college credit for their formal training and job experience at Walmart and Sam’s Club. Learn more .
