Getting to know your first bill always takes some time. So to help keep this time to a minimum, we’ve put together these hints for you.

We'll email you within 24 hours when you sign up. You'll then need to confirm your details by clicking the link provided, to ensure you don't continue to receive and be charged for a paper bill.
If we cannot send your bill by email, we will send you a TXT message asking you to confirm and update your details.
This box summarises the outstanding balance from your last bill minus any payments you've made to your account. It also shows new charges for this bill with the date your bill is due for payment. Please ensure you pay by the due date to avoid being charged a late payment fee.
This section lists your account number, invoice number and the date your bill was issued. Each bill has a unique invoice number. You may need to quote this number should you need to call us to query your account.

Paying your bill right now online with your credit or debit* card is easy. Simply click this button and you'll go to a new screen where you can enter your details.

This first page gives you all the information about your account, how much is due, when and how to pay.
Here you’ll find your account number, invoice number, the period the invoice is for and the date
the invoice was issued.
The grey section provides a quick breakdown of this bill. It lists the total for each service on the account and the total at the bottom. Overdue amounts from previous bills, account level charges and any rounding will also be shown here.
This is the due date for payment of the bill. If you pay by direct debit, the date for the payment processing will be shown here.
This graph lets you compare your spend over the last three months. You can also monitor your spend through myvodafone.com.au.
Here you’ll find all the payment options available plus the codes you’ll need to use them. Vodafone offers a number of fee-free payment options including BPAY and direct debit from bank accounts. If you pay through Australia Post, or send a cheque or money order, you’ll need to detach and include this slip with your payment. No staples please.
Some of the payment options (such as paying with a credit or debit card) incur processing fees, so please check this slip for details.
Here you’ll find your previous balance and any payments received. Payments made in the last few days may not appear until your next bill. You can still check them at myvodafone.com.au

This section shows any charges in addition to your plan including any usage over the plan inclusions, packs or boosters purchased, and any mobile payment plan amounts.
This shows the type of invoice that has been provided. You can choose between two formats: a ‘Summary Bill’ which shows only the items you have been charged for and a ‘Detailed Bill’ which shows all usage including items you have not been charged for. Regardless of the format chosen all usage details are available at myvodafone.com.au where you can also change your preferred format for delivery.
