Aim to drink at least 2 to 4 cups of Lipton Green Tea per day. Drinking up to 8 cups is considered safe regarding caffeine intake, which for most people should not exceed 400 milligrams per day.
To brew the perfect cup, bring 6 to 8 oz. of water to a boil in a teapot. Place one or two Lipton Green Tea bags in an individual cup and pour water over the bags, allowing them to steep for 1 to 2 minutes. The longer you allow the tea bags to steep, the more health-enhancing compounds will be released; however, the slightly bitter quality of green tea will also increase the
longer the bags steep, so you may want to test this a few times.
