Add each calculated square footage area to each other to come up with a whole number that equals the total square footage of all vertical and horizontal surfaces that will be pressure washed. Enter it onto your notepad.
Prepare a proposal by detailing what pressure washing work will be done and include how it will be done. Include in the bid square footage values for each area that is to be pressure washed, as well as the total square footage for the pressure washing job as a whole.
Sign and date the duplicated bid proposal. Present the bid for pressure washing a commercial property to the appropriate person, outlining the bid and explaining it further if necessary. Have whomever is making the decision to enter into a contract with you for the commercial pressure washing sign and date the proposal if the bid is accepted.

detailing along the way how long it will take to do each part of the job and how long it will take to do the entire commercial pressure washing job. Enter each time value into your notepad.
Walk around the job, detailing along the way how much cleaning solution, gasoline, and all other sundries are necessary to complete the pressure washing job. Calculate how much it will cost you in materials to complete the commercial pressure washing job.
Prepare a bid proposal, outlining in detail what pressure washing will be done and how it will get done. Include in detail what materials will be used in completing the pressure washing job.
Enter how long it will take you to get the pressure washing done, including your hourly rate. Enter the cost for materials used on the job.
Sign and date the duplicated commercial pressure washing bid proposal. Present it to the appropriate person, and verbally go over the bid with whomever is receiving it.
Answer any questions about the bid, and write further details about the job into the bid proposal, if necessary. Have whomever is accepting the bid and agreeing to it sign and date the proposal.
