Are there differences between an iPhone for AT&T or T-Mobile and an iPhone for Sprint or Verizon Wireless?
iPhone offers the same innovative features regardless of the wireless carrier you choose. If you choose AT&T or T-Mobile as your wireless carrier, your iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, or iPhone 5c will use GSM cellular technology for voice services and either GSM or LTE cellular technology for data services. All four devices can roam internationally on many GSM carriers around the world. See below for more details.

Yes. You can purchase a replacement iPhone from the Apple Online Store, an Apple Retail Store, or your carrier’s store. Your new iPhone price will depend on your carrier and contract situation.
