Is it for I-129F form or I-134?

Both form ask for "If a United States citizen through naturalization, give certificate of naturalization number"

(It is not asking for "A" number)

That mean on your certificate it ask for CERTIFICATE number that is on top right corner in red ink.

another line ask for "If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States, give A-number"

This is your green card number. I believe on certificate the 2nd A number is your old green card number. As it state on certificate it is REGISTRATION number not CERTIFICATE number.

A Certificate of Citizenship and a Certificate of Naturalization have as much in common as a cat with a dog. What are we talking about here?
