Proof of your National Insurance Number can be one of these

P45 or P60

Letter from the Inland Revenue about tax

DWP order book that includes your NINo.

Bank statement showing payments by direct debit for Class 2 National Insurance contributions or receipt of Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance.

Payslip or salary statement or works pension statement or completed certificate of earnings as long as they show your NINo

Letter that the DWP has sent to you (not handwritten).
