What/where is the eAudit System? The eAudit System is the new and improved way of completing and submitting audits to the ACSA, formerly known as the Electronic Audit Tool. You can access it at acsa-audit.org

Please note: an internet connection is required for all audit activities. There is no download involved, the audit is done completely online. You may, however, export the audit as a PDF document upon completion. (back to top )

What computer specifications do I need in order to run the eAudit System? The eAudit System is compatible with all modern browsers, on Windows and Mac OS X. We recommend a screen resolution of at least 1280 pixels wide for optimum viewing. Javascript is also required, but is usually enabled by default. (back to top )

How do I start an audit? To start an audit, you must have a unique reference number on the eAudit System. Depending on the type of audit you wish to conduct, there are four possible methods to obtain a reference number.

Self/qualification audits – An audit reference number will be emailed to you automatically on day one of the Auditor Training Program. If you did not receive this email, please register for the Student Services Portal. You will be able to find your reference number under "View/Send Messages" on the left sidebar.

Internal audits – Proceed to acsa-audit.org and click "Request" under "COR Maintenance Audit (Internal)". You will be asked for your auditor certificate number as well as your last name to verify that you are a certified auditor. Your audit reference number will then be emailed to you so you can begin your site assessment which must then be submitted and approved by the ACSA COR department, after which you can begin your audit.

External audits – If you are an auditor assigned to an external audit, you should already have a reference number. Simply log in at acsa-audit.org. If you are a company requesting an external audit, proceed to acsa-audit.org and click "Request" under "COR Certification / Recertification Audit (External)".

Maintenance audits – Proceed to acsa-audit.org and click "Request" under "Auditor Maintenance Only". You will be asked for your auditor certificate number as well as your last name to verify that you are a certified auditor. Your audit reference number will then be emailed to you so you can begin your site assessment which must then be submitted and approved by the ACSA COR department, after which you can begin your audit. (back to top )

Has my audit been received? The eAudit System's database is updated in real time; if you have submitted your audit and can no longer log in with your reference number, please be assured the COR department has received your audit and will review it as quickly as possible. (back to top )

What if my reference number is attached to the wrong email address? Proceed with your audit or site assessment normally; when you reach a text field labeled "Auditor Email", simply change this email address. Please note that upon saving, you will need to log in with the new email address. (back to top )

I am an experienced auditor, why does the eAudit System require comments for all questions? If you are an experienced auditor, the eAudit System only requires comments on sections 2 through 7, or where a negative or N/A response is indicated. The "Auditor Certificate Number" field on the first page of the audit must be correct and saved before this will take effect. (back to top )
