On May 7, 2014, the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) issued revisions to the Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting Program (FAC-C). The changes bring the Refreshed FAC-C curriculum, known as FAC-C(R), back into very close alignment with the DAWIA Certification in Contracting Program curriculum. Agencies have until October 1, 2015 to transition their workforce from the legacy FAC-C program to the FAC-C(R) program and have the flexibility to determine how this will be accomplished.
Management Concepts has all the training you need to support your legacy FAC-C and FAC-C(R) training needs, regardless of the process your agency chooses to accomplish the transition. Our FAC-C training courses include DAU-equivalent instructor-led classroom versions of CON 100.
CON 121. CON 124. CON 127. and CON 216 for those who prefer this approach to training. (View our DAU Equivalency Certification here). In addition, we now offer our version of the FAI-developed FCN 190: FAR Fundamentals course, formally verified by FAI. (View the FAI Verification Letter here).
Both FAC-C and DAWIA require certified contracting personnel to earn 80 CLPs every 2 years to maintain their certification. Management Concepts offers a wide selection of courses that can be used to meet your continuous learning requirement. Note: These courses do not have to be DAU-equivalent.
