ServSafe Manager's Certification
Food safety and sanitation training and certification is a great advantage in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia!
The NC and SC food service rules state that each food service establishment must have a ServSafe® certified manager on duty at all times of operation. Your establishment can receive a TWO POINT DEDUCTION on each health inspection score if this requirement is not met.
In many areas in VA, ServSafe® Manager's Certification is a requirement in food service operations. It is a critical violation if there is not a manager on duty that has a valid and current certification.
