Q. How long does the certification last?

A. The CPR certification lasts for two years from the time that you pass the test. Two years is the industry standard for emergency medical certifications as new research and findings often change emergency medical practices.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. The provider course costs $35.00. Included in the cost is unlimited access to the curriculum, 3 free test re-takes, online CPR provider card, free physical card standard shipping and a three month money back guarantee. The personal course costs $14.99 and includes a printable certificate, unlimited exam retakes and full access to the CPR curriculum.

Q. Are refunds available?

A. We offer a full refund for the CPR provider course for up to three months after purchase. In order to claim your refund, all you need to do is contact our customer support team and give them the reason for your refund. We are committed to keeping our customers happy by making this process hassle-free.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Shipping takes between 2-4 business days. We will ship your card on either the same business day or the following business day depending on when you completed the course. We also provide FedEx overnight shipping for rush orders and for international orders. FedEx shipping is available during the purchase process for an additional cost.

Q. Are your courses approved by the American Heart Association?

A. The AHA does not official approve or endorse our courses. The AHA does not give official endorsement to any 100% online medical training courses. Our

courses are, however, completely up-to-date and doctor approved.

Q. Do your cards show the American Heart Association symbol?

A. Because our courses are not officially approved by the AHA, there is no AHA symbol on the cards.

Q. What is on the CPR provider card?

A. International CPR Alliance Logo. Your name. Date of Completion. Expiration Date.

Q.  Are continuing education credits available?

A. No, we do not provide continuing education credit with our CPR California courses. This is something that we are planning on adding in the future.

Q. What happens when I pass the test? What happens when I fail the test?

A. You will be immediately notified if you pass the exam. We will then ship you your certification card within 1 business day. You will also be able to access the online provider card immediately. If you fail the test, you will be notified immediately and will be given 3 more changes to pass the test.

Q. Is there a time limit to complete the course?

A. There is not time limit to complete the course. You can sign up and take the test a month or a year later. It doesn’t matter. Furthermore, there is no time limit to completing the exam once you begin. You can take as much time as you need to pass the exam.
