In celebrating the book launch, I thought it would be fitting to share all the protein bar recipes that I’ve posted so far on this blog. I’ve posted
11 protein bar recipes over the years and they’ve always been huge hits.
The cookbook contains all brand new recipes. I didn’t want to publish the same exact recipes that were already on the blog for free… I feel like that would be unfair to those who purchased the book. Instead, the book includes improved recipes of the ones on the blog (like the DIY Red Velvet Fudge Protein Bars and oh-so popular DIY Nutella Fudge Protein Bars ), meaning that the recipes in the book are just a little easier to make (i.e. less ingredients, less steps). Every recipe has been taste-tested by the harshest of crowds too (aka my family, friends, coworkers, etc.).
Oh, and did I mention that with all the recipe-testing my freezer is literally FILLED with protein bars? Like, probably 60 or 70 of them? I barely have room for anything else. Those four months of straight recipe-testing was a b#$%* … but eating all them candy protein bars sure isn’t
