1. Mr. Ayo Adeonipekun (Managing Director and CEO)

Ayo Adeonipekun is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SUSU MFB, a seasoned and certified Microfinance practitioner. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1997. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

He has over 14 years post qualification working experience including 11 years in banking, which span through Marina International Bank (now Access Bank), Sterling Bank and First City Monument Bank as Head of Financial Reporting with specialization in financial modeling, reporting and control. Ayo's expertise and exposure are widely acknowledged in the financial control sector of the banking industry. He also has a brief stint with stock broking as Head of financial control at Cross world Securities Ltd (a member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange) in 2006 during which he qualified as a Stockbroker. He left Citiserve Microfinance Bank as the Ag. Managing Director/AGM Finance & Strategy in August 2009 and joined SUSU Microfinance Bank as the General Manager, Finance & Strategy before his elevation to his current office.

2. Mr. Kemi Sulaiman (General Manager - Operations)

Kemi is the General Manager Operations of SUSU MFB, a seasoned and certified Microfinance practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile-Ife, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), specialized in General Management, from the Center for Management Development- University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Kemi trained with Akintola Williams & Delloites and had a brief stint with Lafa Industries, a manufacturing outfit, before joining the Banking industry in 1989. He has over 18 years post qualification working experience including 13 years banking experience and worked in various departments of the First Interstate Bank Plc, but largely as the

Financial Controller of the Bank. Kemi joined Susu MFB in June 2007.

3. Mrs. Ifeoma Okeke (Head of Treasury)

Mrs Ifeoma Okeke is The Head of Treasury in Susu Microfinance Bank Ltd. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from the prestigious Lagos State University. She is a member of The Institute of Chartered Stock Brokers of Nigeria.

With over fourteen years experience in Stock broking, Investment and Fund Management, Banking, Products Development, Marketing and Consultancy. Ifeoma has surely risen through the ranks as she has worked in reputable organizations such as Mainland Trust Ltd, Crownwealth Asset Management, Sterling Bank Plc, and Pajez International before joining SUSU Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2014.

Ifeoma has a strong passion for building and developing viable business relationships with focus on staff training and development, customer satisfaction and retainership, profitability, business expansion and sustainable wealth

4. Mr. Bolaji Kosoko (Head of Risk)

Mr. Bolaji Kosoko currently works as the Head of Treasury in Susu Microfinance bank Ltd with over ten years experience in banking, financial advisory and consulting. He had been involved in the promotion and development of the Susu Microfinance project from the on-set.

He has functioned in various capacities within his current organization and also has been involved in series of hang on training locally and abroad. Bolaji has a Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, where he graduated with second-class upper honors. Since his graduation in September 2003, he has been involved in microfinance sector through research and a business development market assessment.

In his final year at university, he was contracted by United Bank of Switzerland, Zurich to assist in a research assignment on market assessment and price comparison in Lagos State. He is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and also a member of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

He holds a Bsc (Hons) University of Ife, Ile-Ife, 1977 Cavilam, Vichy France, 1980 Institute of Francais du Petrole, Rueil Malmaison, France, 1981 University of Port Harcourt, 1990.

MEng. Petroleum Diplome Ingenieur (Drilling and Reservoir Exploitation) Certificate in French Language B.Sc. (Hons), Applied Geophysics, Second Class Upper Division Group Managing Director's (GMD) Award for Best Overall Result at the Chief Officers' Course 007 (Management Development Programme)
