Mission: "Develop and support enabling environment, strengthen capacity for microfinance sector in Kyrgyzstan"

Goal: AMFI will lead and promote the development of the NBFI sector of the Kyrgyz Republic by providing opportunities for networking, a strong representative voice in public and private sector, educational opportunities for NBFIs in order for them to reach growth and prosperity, and encouraging transparency at all levels in order to develop trust between the NBFIs and their clients.

Vision:

AMFI will be a sustainable association, recognized by its members, government authorities and financial partners as the most effective association for non-bank financial institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Values: transparency, excellence in product and service delivery, equality for all members and their clients, and professionalism at every level.

As of March 1, 2007 AMFI has ten members out of which eight are MFI, one is credit union and one is an audit company.
