Best Answer: First time filers have to file a paper return. Print off the return and schedules, or get a paper return from the post office and use the turbo tax info to fill it in.

20 pages sounds a bit big, it may include a few pages of executive summary and other info that is for you rather than part of your return.

Print off the return. Attach the T4 and other information slips, charitable receipts, tuition receipts, etc. after page 3. (Turbo tax may tell you which things you need to attach).

Put it all in an envelope and either:

drop it off at a tax office (Toronto Centre, 1 Front St. East, Toronto North 5001 Yonge St (a few blocks north of Sheppard), Toronto East 200 Town Centre Court (next to Scarborough Town Centre, or Toronto West 5800 Hurontario St, Mississauga))

or mail it to the Sudbury Tax Centre, 1050 Notre Dame Ave, Sudbury ON P3A 5C1. The envelope that comes with a paper return has the address pre-printed on it.

I'd only drop it off if it's more convenient than mailing it.
