Smoking is something which gives temporary pleasure and creates addiction. Even-though all smokers know that smoking is injurious to health, few actually quit. But this is a serious concern for those who are trying to get pregnant. Active as well as passive smoking affects both male and female fertility adversely and affects both natural conception and in-vitro fertilization.
2. Kick the bottle
Alcohol even in small to moderate amounts can be a bad thing. Couples who are planning to get pregnant should drastically reduce their alcohol intake. ThereвЂ™s absolutely no reason to binge drink, because it affects both male and female fertility adversely.
3. Lose some weight
To be physically fit is always rewarding for both women and men but more so for women who are trying to conceive since overweight women are more prone to infertility. 4. Have more sex
